Delivery Info

Delivery is available to Christchurch and the wider Canterbury region only, see rates below. Pick up from The Crossing or our Cashmere store is free of charge. 

 


Deliveries to Christchurch:

The standard delivery fee is $15 to the Christchurch area. 

Residential Addresses:

For same day delivery to Christchurch residential addresses, orders must be placed before 2pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays

Business Addresses:

For same day delivery to Christchurch business addresses, orders must be placed before 11am.

For orders being delivered to a business address, please ensure the business name is included, along with the physical address. 


Deliveries to the rural Christchurch area:

E.g. Ohoka, Pegasus, Woodend, Flaxton, Clarkville, Waikuku, Loburn, Ashley, Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Swannanoa, Tai Tapu, Templeton, Lincoln, West Melton, Rolleston, Weedons, Springston, Cass Bay

Orders to rural areas outside of Christchurch incur a delivery fee of $22

For same day delivery to rural Christchurch addresses, orders must be placed before 11am



Deliveries to the Wider Canterbury Area:

E.g. Okuku, Oxford, Cust, Amberley, Leithfield, Sefton, Eyrewell Forest, Charteris Bay, Diamond Harbour, Allandale, Teddington, Kirwee, Hororata, Southbridge, West Eyreton, Burnham, Leeston, Glentunnel, Springfield. 

Orders to the wider Canterbury area incur a delivery fee of $30

Delivery is available weekdays and must be placed before 2pm the weekday prior to delivery. 


Please Note:

Our standard delivery days are Monday to Saturday. We are closed and do not deliver on Sundays (except for Mother’s day and Valentine’s day) and on Christchurch Public Holidays. We are also closed and do not deliver over the Christmas/New Year period (please check our closure notices on our website). 

Any morning deliveries should be arranged before 2pm the day before. Orders placed after the times listed below will be delivered the following delivery day. 

 

If the recipient is not at home, our courier will attempt to leave the delivery in a safe location. A card will be placed in the mailbox to advise of the location and the delivery time. 

If a second trip is required due to incorrect address information, a second delivery fee will be charged and delivery may be postponed to the following day.
