How to Enter

To enter the Dream Wedding Collection Giveaway, participants must:

• Like the official Giveaway post.
• Tag a bride-to-be or someone who would love to win in the comments.
• Follow all participating creatives involved in The Dream Wedding Collection.
• Register their interest in The Wedding Table via the official registration link (above).

Each valid tagged comment featuring a different person counts as an additional entry.

 Bonus Event Entry

• Attendance at The Wedding Table is not required to enter the Giveaway.
• Couples who attend The Wedding Table between 31 July – 2 August 2026 and check in at the event will receive one additional entry into the draw.

General Prize Conditions

• The prize is valid for 15 months from the date the winner is announced, unless otherwise agreed with the individual collaborator.
• All prizes are subject to the availability of the individual collaborator.
• All prizes are valid for new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
• The prize is awarded as a complete collection of services and products. Individual prize components cannot be substituted, exchanged, transferred, resold or redeemed for cash, credit or alternative services.
• Any additional costs exceeding the value or inclusions of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
• Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
• Services must be booked directly with the relevant collaborator.
• The winner agrees to cooperate with participating collaborators regarding planning, scheduling and communication required to fulfil the prize.
• Travel outside included service areas may incur additional charges.
• The winner agrees to provide all professional wedding photographs and video content featuring any products or services provided as part of this giveaway to all participating collaborators within 90 days of receiving their final gallery.
• By accepting the prize, the winner grants all participating collaborators a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the supplied photographs and video content for marketing, advertising, websites, portfolios, social media and other promotional purposes. Wherever reasonably practicable, credit will be given to the photographer and videographer.
• The winner acknowledges that participating collaborators may capture behind-the-scenes content before, during and after the wedding for promotional purposes.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn following The Wedding Table event.
• The winner will be contacted using the details provided during registration.
• If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, another winner may be selected.
• The winner may be announced across The Wedding Table and participating collaborators' websites and social media channels.

Privacy & Marketing Consent

By registering, entrants agree that Tholsie & Co and The Wedding Table may contact them regarding the Giveaway, event updates, prize fulfilment and event-related communications.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their first names, wedding photographs, video content and testimonials may be used by The Wedding Table and participating collaborators for marketing and promotional purposes.
